Borrowing from Cantonese 點心
Literally means “to touch the heart gently;
to refresh the heart.”
“Yum cha” in Cantonese means to drink tea. This commonly refers to eating “dim sum” which is an integral part of Cantonese eating culture. Dim sum are tiny bite-sized portions of food that are either fried or steamed in small baskets. At Full Moon Garden, all our dim sum is made in-house and we have over 80 types of dimsum on our menu for you to choose from.
